Key Responsibilities
Work closely with an external development team to communicate requirements and follow up on development topics
Engage with business leads to ensure proper engagement and organize post go-live issue resolution
Assess data quality related to automation and document requirements for improvements
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years' experience in Business Analysis
Experience in project management
Working knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
Experience with automations, such as MS Power Automate
Process-oriented with experience in documenting process narratives preferred
