A company is looking for an Operations Analyst II for the Fulfillment Center of Excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Execute standard client deliverables and tasks within assigned fulfillment areas
Perform routine audits and file reviews to ensure data accuracy and compliance
Assist with setting up and coordinating workflows for communications and file processes
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in benefits administration, client services, HR / HRIS, payroll, or related field
Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
High reliability, organization, accuracy, and follow-through
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
