Engineering Co-Op, Fall 2026

Purpose : Provide support to the E / One Engineering Department through the management and execution of technical projects. Apply principles learned in school as well as on the job training to solve engineering challenges based in new product design as well as product improvement. This would be a 6 month Co-Op term starting in July 2026 through December 2026.

Core Responsibilities :

• Manage component and system design projects for one of E / Ones business units. Projects are designed and documented in CAD verified with hands-on prototyping and testing and implemented in a high-pace production environment throughout the co-ops term.
• Support ongoing engineering efforts with documentation updates and finalization within E / Ones ISO Processes. This includes the management of E / Ones engineering document change system.
• Work in a fast-paced team environment to identify execute and lead various projects simultaneously.
• Facilitate efficient business processes by supporting multiple departments through ERP System Management.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives while preserving E / Ones commitment to product quality.
• Other duties as assigned.
