The Job :

As a Senior Finance Analyst, Farm & Hardware, you’ll be part of our $900M Tools & Outdoor U.S. Farm & Hardware (F&H) team working as a hybrid employee. You’ll get to :

Partner with the Sales & Channel teams to drive commercial & promotional strategy.

Support key FP&A rhythm’s such as monthly close, quarterly forecasts, and annual operating plans.

Assist the Finance Manager with P&L management and effectively balance top line growth with margin expansion targets.

Measure and drive the teams’ customer profitability and assist in Margin Enhancement and transformation initiatives.

A results driven mindset with emphasis on delivering customer and business commitments.

Strong analytical, interpersonal skills and broad knowledge of accounting principles.

Experience operating in a large, cross functional and matrixed organization.

A proven history of improving processes and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.

2-5 years’ work experience in corporate finance / accounting, FP&A, or commercial finance roles.

A working knowledge of ERP and financial reporting systems (experience with SAP, Hyperion a plus).
