Procurement Business Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a Procurement Business Analyst for our banking client. This is a contract role onsite in NYC. Potential for contract to hire. Pay is $65 / hr plus benefits. Please see all the details below :

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop refined specifications and outputs via regular Stakeholder meetings
• Perform analysis of the requirements and ensure the integrity of the solutions provided by external sources meets the business needs
• Ensuring the required solutions are implemented as per the specification by vendors and / or internal service providers
• Leading internal and external developers in the effort to provide solutions
• Develop processes and process controls as needed based on ongoing Query log. Be able to articulate visually before / after / gap analysis to establish success metrics
• Develop UAT and stakeholder tested scenarios to ensure that deployments are well tested
• Work with other disciplines within the organization to ensure that the proper integration effort is being conducted for the functions supported by Procurement
• Ability to multitask several ongoing issues. This involves the ability to assess priority and make appropriate decisions quickly and effectively
• Provide project management discipline in ensuring that deliverables are met in terms of timelines & quality. This includes prioritizing correctly and managing & monitoring progress, escalating issues in a timely manner
• Must be comfortable in a team oriented environment and possess skills to "win over" the trust of a broad user base across multiple functions (e.g. finance, legal, IT)
