Job Description:
Requirement/Must Have:

Basic troubleshooting skills for electrical equipment.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Experience:

Experience installing or repairing Electrical Submersible Pump cable is preferred but not required.
Candidates with general mechanical or electrical aptitude, or similar cable experience, can be trained.

Responsibilities:

Perform moderately complex cable builds and repairs.
Conduct high-voltage testing of cable.
Perform cable splicing and repairs.
Perform cable spooling activities.
Complete required testing documentation accurately.
Perform repetitive, hands-on cable and machine work.
Stand for extended periods while performing job duties.
Follow strict safety standards in a safety-sensitive work environment.
Work in both indoor and outdoor environments, including exposure to industrial hazards and extreme conditions.

Should Have:

Basic electrical background due to the safety-critical nature of the role.
Forklift experience.
Mechanical aptitude, including automotive, diesel, shop, or mechanical background.
Strong safety mindset.

High hand dexterity for splicing and cable manipulation.
