Job Title - Sales Recruiter Job Location - Remote Duration :

• 6 Months Pay Rate -  $70 / hr Job Description   Company is seeking a Sales Recruiter to provide support to our North American Sales Organization.
• The chosen candidate will be responsible for sourcing of various sales roles, including SDRs, Account Executives, Sales Managers, Sales Engineers, and Channel positions.

• Your role will primarily focus on sourcing for sales roles, with an emphasis on sourcing and screening top passive talent for our North American sales team.
• Collaboration with hiring managers and cross-functional team members (HR, Finance, Sales Ops) will be vital to develop, identify, and execute hiring plans.
• The candidate and hiring manager experience will be a top priority, ensuring a high-touch experience throughout the hiring process.
• Furthermore, promoting diversity in the hiring process and ensuring inclusivity and welcoming environments are integral to this role.
• You will be responsible for updating Greenhouse (ATS) and pipeline reports daily, providing accurate forecast close dates and maintaining candidate pipelines.
• Utilizing various sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, TopFunnel, and ContactOut, will be essential in finding top talent.
