Job Description

As a Security Guard - Commercial Property Driver in Lewisburg, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Access Control Security Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring access points, verifying credentials, and conducting routine patrols. Your visible presence and professional demeanor will support a secure and welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. This position requires a valid driver's license, as you may be responsible for security-related driving duties as part of your daily responsibilities. What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed.
  • Monitor and control access points to help to deter unauthorized entry into the commercial real estate location.
  • Verify identification and credentials of individuals entering the premises.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Document and report access control activities and / or incidents in accordance with site procedures.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and monitor for suspicious activities. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
