[job_card.job_description]Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed. Monitor and control access points to help to deter unauthorized entry into the commercial real estate location. Verify identification and credentials of individuals entering the premises. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Document and report access control activities and / or incidents in accordance with site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and monitor for suspicious activities. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

As a Security Guard - Commercial Property Driver in Lewisburg, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Access Control Security Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring access points, verifying credentials, and conducting routine patrols. This position requires a valid driver's license, as you may be responsible for security-related driving duties as part of your daily responsibilities.
