SAGE Counseling is actively looking for Licensed Clinicians to provide one-on-one individual sessions to SAGE clients. Clinicians will have a case-load of 1 : 1 sessions, but have the opportunity to fill-in for group counseling session coverage as needed.

Pay :

Associate Licensed Clinicians : up to $62,700

Independent Licensed Clinicians : up to $64,700

Where and when will you work :

SAGE has offices throughout the Phoenix Valley - we are looking for Clinicians in all areas of the Greater Phoenix area!! This role can work in a SAGE office, remotely, or a combination.

Individual Clinicians are full-time employees and primarily work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, or similar hours.

Qualifications :

  • Required : Minimum of a master’s degree in a behavioral health related field
  • Required : Behavioral Health Licensure (LPC, LCSW, LAC, LMSW, LAMFT, LMFT)
  • Trained in Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT), preferred not required
  • Experience working with adult sexual offenders, preferred not required
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
