Requirements

✅ Must-Have Requirements 2+ years Home Health RN experience 2 years Home Health TRAVEL experience required (First-timers NOT accepted) OASIS experience required (Candidate must clear Oasis exam before interview) Strong wound care + IV therapy + HF / Diabetes management Must start right at 08 : 00 AM and complete full 8-hour shift Must have CA RN license ON HAND Driver’s License must be valid 📌 Skills Required OASIS (E11, G-Section, GG Section, M18) Start of Care (SOC), Resumption of Care
