  • schedule | 35 patient hours a week | Four-day work week optional for full-time | NO weekends or evenings.

  • Average Patients seen : 18 to 20 patients a day

Compensation : - Salary range : $236,000.00 to $241,000

  • Retention bonus

    • Required :

  • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) from an accredited school of medicine
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in Indiana
  • Completion of an accredited Residency Program
  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible (New Graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Commitment to the mission of Indiana Health Centers, Inc.
  • Prefer working at an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH
