Meritage Events is a luxury, women-owned corporate event agency specializing in high-touch, white-glove experiences for Fortune 500 clients. We handle everything from large-scale conferences and incentive programs to sports hospitality and VIP activations.

We’re looking for an experienced

Program Manager —someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can anticipate needs before they arise, and brings a refined, hospitality-minded approach to every detail. This is a full-time remote position designed for a polished, senior-level professional who can run projects independently while supporting our Account Executives and Program Managers across multiple high-profile clients.

What You’ll Do

Manage and support multiple corporate programs at once, serving as the central point of contact for logistics, budgets, vendors, and client communication.

Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Program Managers to ensure a seamless transition from proposal to execution.

Oversee budgets, R&D, and vendor sourcing with a focus on accuracy and accountability.

Participate in creative development and program design—helping craft thoughtful, high-end experiences that align with each client’s brand.

Anticipate issues and solve problems quickly and calmly with professionalism and discretion.

Deliver exceptional service to clients and vendors through consistent, proactive communication.

Represent Meritage Events with the highest level of professionalism, both virtually and onsite.

What You Bring

5+ years of experience in corporate events, hospitality, or meeting production.

Proven ability to manage complex programs with precision and grace.

Deep understanding of luxury-level service standards and client expectations.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational habits, attention to detail, and follow-through.

Working knowledge of Canva for presentation and proposal design.

Ability to travel for onsite programs (domestic and international).

Positive, solutions-oriented attitude and ability to work well under pressure.

Professional appearance and demeanor in client settings
