American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health critical need assignment in California with active licensure and Epic EMR experience required.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

Home health position with coverage in the South Bay area

Day shifts from 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week

Uses Epic as the electronic medical record system

Responsibilities include delivering physical therapy services in the home health setting throughout the South Bay coverage area

The local rate is the same as the travel rate and local candidates are accepted

Contingent workers are subject to tenure policies limiting assignment duration to two years, after which a 90-day break is required

Two professional references are required for consideration

COVID and flu vaccination documentation may be required

Epic charting experience is necessary for this position

Active Physical Therapist license required if applicable

Active and current certifications required at time of consideration; pending licenses or certifications are not accepted

Experience with Epic EMR required

Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration
