Our client is a well established, family owned business supplying a wide range of agricultural machinery to customers across the region. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a capable and well organised Administrative Assistant to support the smooth running of their office. This role will report directly to the Office Manager and will play a key part in the day to day operations of the business.
Key responsibilities
- Welcoming visitors to the office and offering refreshments as required
- Acting as the first point of contact by answering incoming telephone calls
- Handling incoming and outgoing post efficiently
- Data entry and general support to the wider administration team
- Maintaining and organising both paper based and digital filing systems
- Carrying out a variety of general office and administrative duties
- Supporting with ad hoc tasks as required
The suitable candidate will have
