As a Security Officer - Building Patrols in Lake Forest, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned manufacturing and industrial locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and supporting a secure environment. Your presence and regular patrols will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere while providing exceptional customer service and communication. This is a driving post, where you will embody our values of agility, reliability, and teamwork as you interact with clients, visitors, and staff.

Position Type : Part Time

Pay Rate : $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule :

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both interior and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
  • Observe and report any unusual activity, maintenance issues, or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist visitors, employees, and contractors with directions and information while maintaining access control procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to support a secure environment.
  • Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • A guard card or license is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
