Halcyon Home is hiring a Regional VP of Finance to support our growing geriatric Hospice population in Dallas, TX and surrounding areas. We offer competitive pay, and wonderful team support.

What You’ll Do :

The Regional VP of Finance supports sustainable growth by leading financial operations with clarity, integrity, and compassion. This leader ensures teams have the resources they need while balancing mission and stewardship.

  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across the region.
  • Partner with operational and clinical leaders to support employee-first decision-making.
  • Provide transparent reporting and insight-driven financial guidance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Promote collaboration, communication, and trust across departments.

Requirements :

  • Senior financial leadership experience; healthcare experience strongly preferred.
  • Expertise in budgeting, analytics, and multi-site operations.
  • A supportive leadership style grounded in empathy and collaboration.
