Caregiver Requirements :

• Previous experience in a caregiving role is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and provide personal care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities :

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques to ensure client safety.
• Help clients with meal preparation and light housekeeping duties.
• Monitor and report any changes in the clients condition or needs to the appropriate supervisor or family member.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for clients.
