Customer Program Manager
Salary Range : $86,700 - $115,600
What You’ll Do :
1. Customer Interaction and Program Management :
- Primary contact for the customer post-award.
- Ensures understanding and execution of all contracts and statements of work.
- Manages ongoing program profitability and adherence to SLAs.
2. Financial and Operational Management :
Tracks and meets customer program profitability goals.Monitors and reports adherence to SLAs.3. Continuous Improvement and Relationship Management :
Identifies opportunities for improvement post-implementation.Collaborates with internal teams and the customer to enhance program effectiveness.What We’re Looking For :
Experience : 5 to 8 years in a relevant role.
Skills : Includes project management, financial management, customer relationship management, and ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge : Understanding of customer agreements, program requirements, and ability to drive issue resolution.
Working Conditions :
Work Environment : Professional office environment with potential for remote work.
Travel : Requires frequent travel (approximately 25% of the time).
Availability : Occasional non-standard work hours and on-call availability may be necessary.
This role is highly focused on managing customer programs post-sales, ensuring profitability, adherence to agreements, and fostering continuous improvement. It requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
