Ideastream Public Media, a Cleveland-based media organization and home to Ohio's largest NPR, PBS and classical radio stations, serving 22 counties in Northeast Ohio with its trusted, in-depth, high-quality local news and information service seeks a passionate and organized administrative professional to serve as Development Support Coordinator. Reporting to the Chief Development and Marketing Officer (CDMO), the Development Support Coordinator provides administrative support to Development and Marketing team as well as the CDMO. The responsibilities include maintaining the CDMO's calendar, assisting with agenda preparation, arranging for meetings as requested, and gathering information. You will respond to inquiries via phone and email from various internal and external stakeholders, organize and maintain electronic and physical file systems, and support special projects.

Qualified candidates will have demonstrated proficiency using CRM databases and Microsoft Office Suite including Teams, and have strong verbal and written communication, decision making, and problem-solving skills. An Associate's degree in office administration or a related field, and two years of administrative support experience, or a similar role is preferred, though an equivalent of experience in related fields and education will be considered. The salary range for this position is $42,000 - $50,000 and is commensurate with experience.
