Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify near-term federal opportunities with a realistic path to award
Develop and execute a focused plan tied to revenue outcomes and manage the business development lifecycle
Secure subcontracting roles on awarded contracts and represent the company at conferences and meetings
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in federal business development with personally attributable wins
Strong relationships at program and contracting levels, with a history of securing subcontracting roles
Ability to evaluate win probability based on real access and positioning
Experience in digital services, modernization, technology implementation, or data-driven initiatives
Clearance is a plus
