Job Description

Manage day-to-day site operations for grocery store construction projects. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to maintain schedule and quality. Enforce safety standards and compliance with company and client requirements. Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and report updates to project managers. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to plans and specifications.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Traveling Superintendent - Grocery should have :

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Strong background in grocery or retail projects (HEB experience preferred).
• Ability to travel nationally for extended periods.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and scheduling software.
