Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a  Production Support Engineer (Payment platform)

Job Title :  Production Support Engineer (Payment platform)

Job Type : Full-time / Contract

Duration : 12+ months

Location : Charlotte, NC / Chandler, AZ (Hybrid 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

As a Production Support Engineer, you will :

• Provide end-to-end production support for payment systems including incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, business partners, application SMEs) to resolve issues and improve system performance.
• Create and maintain runbooks and documentation for recurring issues and processes.
• Monitor system health and implement observability tools to proactively detect and address issues.
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
• Participate in on-call rotations and support weekend operations as needed (with compensatory time off).

Support service operations, service transition, and service improvement activities across the payments ecosystem.

An ideal candidate should have :

Exposure to cloud technologies and interest in future transformation initiatives.
