JOB TITLE : Regional Sales Director
REPORTS TO : National Sales Director
STATUS : Full-time / Exempt
LOCATION : West Region - Arizona, Utah, Colorado, California; Los Angeles / Torrance, CA preferred.
JOB PURPOSE :
Collaborate with executive team in the development and execution of strategy to drive growth for KHUS products which requires strategic thinking, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the beverage industry. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy, build relationships with key partners, and manage regional sales team to drive revenue growth.

1. Compensation
This position is an exempt, salaried position. Salary offered is based on relevant sales experience at the time of hire. General range of starting salary is $165,000 - $200,000.
2. Additional Compensation
This position MAY be eligible to participate in the following additional compensation via a bonus program.
