Job Title : IT Program Manager

Position Details :

• Required Education : Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of job-related work experience or 2 years of job-related experience plus an associate's degree in any major.
• Required Work Experience : 7 years IT experience in a leadership capacity, including 4 years leading multiple concurrent project teams. Completion of the BCBSSC Training Program for Project Management may substitute for one year of experience.
• Contract to Hire.
• Partial Onsite at 2401 Faraway Drive; Columbia, SC 29223 : Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and as needed.
• Required Technology : Windows applications (MS Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint Online, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, Teams, etc.).
• Day To Day : They are looking for a seasoned Program Manager that is familiar and comfortable running very large-scale projects. They will need to be able to speak to and brief at an Executive level. They will be working with 10-15 Team leads and 3 Project Managers. They will manager large multi stream programs and projects. (User interface, test / development, training, and some AI integrations.

Required Software and Tools : Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Work Environment : Fast paced, dynamic environment which may require action and response 24X7 to support the technical business needs of the customer and where one must be flexible to changing priorities.
