[job_card.job_description]Assessing and evaluating offender needs using designated assessment and risk-assessment instruments. Monitoring offender compliance with all programs and ECSD rules and regulations. Facilitating evidence-based psychoeducational groups for assigned population as defined by the curriculum and according to Spectrum standards. Providing reentry planning for eligible pretrial inmates. Facilitating reentry / discharge planning for assigned sentenced populations. Completing Strengths, Needs, and Culture Discovery. Reentry data / progress transfer within continuum (Middleton, ECPRC, WIT, STAR). Providing support and guidance for inmate population to navigate and addressing needs / issues (Canteen / Inmate Accounts, Property, Visits, Notary service, grievances, and facility processes). Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, human services, education or closely related field required. CADC or LADC preferred. Knowledge of local / regional community resources for substance use recovery and reentry stabilization
Description
Location : Essex County Pre-Release and Reentry Center - Lawrence, MA
Schedule : Monday-Friday. 10 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM
Pay rate : $27.40-$28.84 / hour
