Northern SF Bay Area Peninsula, CA | Hybrid 2x / week

A fast-growing advertising agency is hiring a Head of Business Operations to build and enforce the systems that power their next phase of scale.

This role is for a driver - someone who builds structure, enforces accountability, and connects Sales → Client Services → Finance → Tech with clean, consistent workflows.

You Will :

  • Own CRM + workflow architecture
  • Enforce process discipline + data hygiene
  • Protect scope, pricing logic, and margins
  • Lead technical PM with Engineering

You Are :

  • A systems thinker with 7–12+ yrs BizOps / RevOps / PMO / Tech PM experience
  • A clear, firm communicator who can say "no"
  • Passionate about data + tech; curious about the creator economy

    • Work directly with the CEO. Build the operational engine. Start January 2026.
