Job Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. You will play a vital role under the direct supervision of a registered nurse in planning and implementing high-quality nursing care for assigned patients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver patient care in accordance with the Standards of Nursing Practice.
- Manage supplies and equipment effectively, coordinating with the charge nurse.
- Assist in monitoring patients and updating nursing care plans as necessary.
