• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8 am-5 pm; Wednesday 9 am-6 pm
• 22 - 25 patients per day
• Well and sick visits
• No procedures required
• Hospital privileges required
• Multiple locations throughout state with ongoing opportunities
