Job details We are seeking a creative and experienced Architect to design, develop, and oversee the construction of various building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all stages of architectural design, from initial concept development to final construction oversight. Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of architectural projects, from conceptualization to construction documentation.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project requirements.
Prepare detailed architectural plans, blueprints, and specifications using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
Ensure all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other relevant regulations.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate various systems and components into the overall design.
Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
Resolve any design or construction issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback as necessary.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Registered Architect license (or in the process of obtaining) is preferred.

Education:
Bachelors

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture.
Proven experience as an Architect, preferably with a portfolio of diverse projects.
Proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD and Revit.
Strong knowledge of building codes, construction materials, and industry best practices.
Excellent design, visualization, and rendering skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.
Strong commercial & industrial experience required.
