Location : New York NY.

About the job :

Advantra is partnering with a Seed stage CPG SaaS startup in New York to hire an Account Executive to drive revenue by managing the full sales cycle for enterprise customers.

About the role :

You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. You will become an expert in CPG workflows and Confidos accounting and forecasting products. You will engage multiple stakeholders including finance teams and represent the company at customer sites and industry events.

Responsibilities :

  • Prospect and qualify enterprise accounts for Confidos products.
  • Manage leads from initial contact through contract close.
  • Conduct enterprise sales including demos and presentations to CFOs and finance teams.
  • Build and maintain pipeline in CRM tools.
  • Track and report sales metrics and forecast progress.
  • Partner with product and marketing teams to provide customer feedback.
  • Travel to customer sites conferences and industry events.
  • Mentor junior sales hires as the team scales.

Core requirements :

  • 4 years of B2B SaaS or CPG sales experience.
  • Closed deals over $100000 with multiple stakeholders.
  • Enterprise selling experience with complex SaaS solutions.
  • Experience interacting with finance or accounting teams.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Experience hiring or mentoring at least 2 sales reps.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly within the US.
  • Comfortable working in NYC office full-time.
  • Experience using CRM and sales tracking tools.
  • Nice to have :

  • Experience selling accounting or finance SaaS solutions.
  • Knowledge of CPG industry workflows.
  • Exposure to forecasting or analytics tools.
  • Experience in early-stage startup environments.
  • Understanding of AI-enabled SaaS products.
