REPORTS TO : Program Engineer
SUPERVISES : Directs the work of Project Engineers, Engineers, Designers, and / or other program related engineering activities as directed by the Program Engineer.
AUTHORITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :
Responsible for leading a matrixed team of project engineers, multi- disciplined engineers and designers for project(s) by defining, generating and reviewing project requirements as specified by the program manager and customer; perform complex studies to monitor project to ensure scope, schedule and budget are defined and maintained while coordinating between resource managers / supervisors to ensures reviews and approvals are received.

QUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE :

Experience as a Cognizant Engineer overseeing multiple systems or working on with large-scale engineering design projects, such as off-shore drilling platforms, will be considered

LIAISES WITH : Engineers, Designers, Draftspersons, Production, Production Control, Supply, Logistics, Program Management, regulatory bodies, and equipment suppliers.
