We're looking for a Channel Program Manager to design, scale, and optimize our partner programs in a high-growth SaaS environment. This role sits at the intersection of partners, data, and revenue, owning the operational backbone of our channel ecosystem while using insights and analytics to drive performance, adoption, and growth.

You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps to ensure partners are enabled, motivated, and delivering measurable impact.

Responsibilities

Channel Program Strategy & Execution

• Own the end-to-end channel program lifecycle, including onboarding, enablement, incentives, and ongoing optimization
• Design and manage partner tiers, benefits, certifications, and performance criteria
• Scale repeatable, data-backed partner motions aligned to company GTM strategy
