The Manager, Logistics plays a critical leadership role in overseeing and optimizing global freight operations. This position requires deep expertise in international logistics (USA, MX, EU,UK) import / export regulations, and strategic supply chain management. You will be responsible for developing and executing logistics strategies that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure the seamless movement of goods across international borders while maintaining strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This role also involves collaborating with key stakeholders, driving process improvements, and leveraging technology to enhance overall logistics performance.

• Develop and execute logistics strategies that enhance efficiency, minimize costs, and support business growth.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of logistics professionals, setting clear goals and ensuring accountability.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve logistics performance.
