VIP Staffing is immediately hiring a Machine Operator for a 3rd shift position, for a leading organization in Belen, NM.

This is a Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire position.

Schedule is Monday-Friday 10 : 00pm - 6 : 30am.

Pay for this position is $18.00 per hour.

As a Machine Operator, you will :

  • Operate Industrial Dryer Equipment.
  • Operate front loader and forklift.
  • Perform RM testing of product.
  • Maintain operational data log.
  • Assist in minor maintenance activities alongside with tech / production engineer.
  • Meet production quantity standards.
  • Check product for work order specification before and during production.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Machine Operator candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent. College is a plus.
  • Six months minimum experience in a manufacturing environment operating various machines and equipment.
  • Ability to complete simple mathematic calculations.
  • read, write, comprehend and follow instructions and work documents in English.
  • Must be flexible with regards to shift changes, weekend work, and schedule rotations.
  • Computer literacy is a plus.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to perform and complete manual tasks as required.
