Minimum and Additional Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus one year relevant program experience; or associate’s degree in a related field plus three years relevant program experience, or high school diploma plus five years relevant program experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in a higher education setting, especially in student services, is preferred. Previous experience with advising technologies, a CRM, or other customer/student support documentation platforms. Must be dependable, prompt, flexible, articulate, well-organized, and able to exercise sound judgment. Strong customer service skills are a must. Some evening and weekend work at other campuses is required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel, is required.
