• Lead and manage the clinical and administrative staff within the surgery center, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee the coordination and delivery of patient care, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate services.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the surgery center, including budget management, resource allocation, and equipment oversight.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and hospital policies related to surgical care services.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other medical professionals to optimize surgical procedures and patient outcomes.
• Develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.

Candidate requirements

• A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required; a Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or a related field is preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Hawaii.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or administrative role in a surgical or healthcare setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required.
• Certification in Operating Room Nursing (CNOR) is preferred.
