At least 5 years of high-level, full cycle corporate accounting experience with comprehensive technical accounting, financial reporting and GAAP expertiseAt least 3 years of experience managing an accounting teamStrategic thinking with exceptional attention to detailStrong communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsProactive problem-solving abilities with a growth mindsetDemonstrated commitment to team development and high ethical standardsProficiency with Sage, hh2, Procore, Asana, and MS SuiteBachelor's degree in accounting required; Master's degree or professional certification (CPA, CGMA, CMA, CCIFP) strongly preferredCurrent knowledge of financial regulations and construction industry standardsThis is a full-time, in-office position located in Carlsbad, CA. The role reports to the VP of Innovation & Administration and requires strong technical accounting expertise combined with leadership experience in the construction industry.
