Responsibilities include patient rounding, managing labors and antepartum triage, responding to ER consults, and performing essential surgical procedures. The physician is expected to deliver approximately 30 patients monthly while providing ongoing clinical support during a 24-hour call schedule.

Clinical Details

Patient Rounding, management of labors, management of antepartum triage and treatment

Respond to ER consults and concerns as it relates to OBGYN issues

Estimated deliveries per month : 30 per month

Admissions per Day : Varies - rural hospital

Setting : inpatient

Requirements

Board Certified

Active KY License

ACLS and DEA

Clean Malpractice / Background - Highly Preferred

Required Procedures : Labors, Deliveries, C-sections, Management of Maternal HTN, Maternal Hemorrhage, ER consults, D&C, ablations, hysterectomy, gynecologic surgeries needed based on urgency
