The following 10-month Level 2 position may be

available for the 25-26 SY :

Support Services Administrative Assistant

District Wide

8 hours / day221 days / year

Qualifications :

High School Diplomarequired
Associates Degree preferred
Bookkeeping knowledge
Excellent phoneemailand written communication skills
Ability to work cooperatively and independently.
Computerproficiency Excel Word Teams. Ability to master various programs includingInfoFinder Synovia GPS tracking systemeTritionPrimeroEdge Time Clock Plus CN PEARS and PowerSchool products
Prerequisite skills testingrequired

Responsibilities for the Transportation Department :

Maintain distribute and collect phones and keys for staff

Provide phone support using effective communication skills in a polite positive manner

Manage Synovia GPS Tracking program and InfoFinder Student Information Program

Accurately record daily staff attendance (via Microsoft Teams Excel and Time Clock Plus)

Maintain mileage sheets for PA Dept. of Education (PDE) subsidy records (Excel)

Scanning and printing department forms for record-keeping and driver usage

Communicate effectively with drivers using push-to-talk phones

Other duties as assigned by Director of Transportation

Responsibilities for the Nutritional Services Department :

Processes vendor payments

Records all deposits

Process Free and Reduced applications

Update student eligibility ineSchool

Files monthly reimbursement claims through CN PEARS

Input Inventory records

Process catering invoices for payment

Other duties as assigned by the Nutritional Services Supervisor
