Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM

Pay : Competitive wages (based on experience)

CDL Required : Class A or B with Manual Transmission

Position Summary :

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Mulch Blower Truck Driver & Installer to join our growing team. This role combines CDL driving , equipment operation , and hands-on installation work . You'll be responsible for operating a blower truck, managing a small crew on job sites, and assisting with mulch and soil installation.

Key Responsibilities :

Drive and operate a mulch blower truck to various job sites

Install mulch and soil using specialized equipment

Lead and manage a small installation crew on-site

Perform basic maintenance on trucks and equipment

Ensure safe operation and compliance with DOT and company safety standards

Load and unload materials as needed

Work outdoors in various weather conditions

Requirements :

Class A or B CDL with manual transmission experience (required)

Clean driving record

Able to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor

Comfortable working outdoors in a hands-on role

Basic mechanical aptitude for assisting with maintenance

Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused
