Code Metal is redefining code translation for mission-critical industries, helping defense, automotive, and semiconductor partners move more quickly and reliably from algorithm to silicon. We're seeking a leader to drive government growthsomeone who can see around corners, put Code Metal in position as policy and acquisition priorities evolve, navigate complex programs, understand and explain our complex technology, and chart a path across services and combatant commands.

This role blends strategy, capture, and relationship-building. You'll partner directly with company execs to co-develop, execute, and lead the government GTM strategy. You're excited about working at a dual-use company with proven AI, whose mission is to solve some of the government's most urgent problems. You also crave everything from the national security mission to figuring out and getting on the best contract vehicle to enable delivery.

Responsibilities :

• Define, lead, and execute the GTM strategy across the DoD and related federal programs
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships across services, combatant commands, and other government bodies
• Turn opportunities into contracts
• Anticipate policy, budget, and acquisition shifts that open new opportunities
• Collaborate with technical teams to align Code Metal's product with government needs
• Manage the growing government GTM team
