We are seeking a Sales Account Manager to join our on-site team and handle inbound calls from business prospects. This full-time position is Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM–6 : 00 PM, based in our office. All leads are inbound—no cold calling or outbound dialing.
Role summary
- Answer inbound phone inquiries from small and medium-sized business owners who have expressed interest in our services.
- Explain a straightforward service offering and qualify callers according to established criteria.
- Guide qualified prospects through the next steps of the process while maintaining a professional and helpful tone.
- Record accurate call notes and update customer information in our system.
