A company is looking for a Senior IT Systems Analyst to support HR and employee management teams.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HR information systems (HRIS)
Lead HRIS projects from inception to completion, including planning and execution
Provide day-to-day support for HRIS, addressing technical issues and ensuring data integrity
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS management, preferably with Greenhouse or ADP systems
Proven project management skills, including leading cross-functional projects
Strong knowledge of data security and compliance requirements
Experience with API integrations and data migration
