For 18 years, our State Farm agency has proudly served communities across seven states with three office locations. Now, were looking for a creative and sales-driven professional to help shape our brand, deepen client relationships, and drive the continued growth of our multi-state agency.

Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to prospective clients across our service area to promote State Farm insurance products and services.
- Identify and qualify leads by gathering relevant client information.
- Stay up-to-date on State Farms insurance products and services.
- Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and referrals to schedule appointments for agents.
- Provide initial information and answer basic client questions about insurance options.
- Maintain and update the database of prospects and client interactions.
- Ensure all communications comply with State Farm guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Prepare regular reports on call activity, lead generation, and appointment scheduling.
Qualifications:
- Previous telemarketing or sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills, with proficiency in CRM software.
- Basic understanding of insurance products or a strong willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle rejection professionally and stay motivated.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple leads effectively.
