Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Works with Engineering creating drawings and assemblies using SolidWorks
• Helps build and maintain 3D models and drawings using Solidworks POM and maintains BOMS using Dynamics ERP software
• Use the vault ( universal sharing system) to access and transfer filed
• Basic engineering tasks related to design, analysis, test, integration and systems engineering
• Perform analysis on existing hardware and software, assist in the design and development of future hardware and software; quality assurance, system safety and systems engineering
• Provide data analysis, methodology improvement projects, maintain production work instructions
• Assist engineers in performance of assignments, shadow actual operations
• Additional activities and group projects as determined by the intern program

Physical Demands :

Must be able to fulfill all essential job functions in a consistent state of alertness and in a safe manner. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel, talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to walk. The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Work Environment :

The work environment is usually quiet and climate controlled. However, the Job occasionally requires exposure to moving mechanical parts, industrial machinery, moderate noise, and hot or cold ambient temperatures.
