Field Service Coordinator

A company is looking for a MedTech Field Service Coordinator - Remote.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and coordinate day-to-day activities to ensure timely completion of customers' preventative maintenance needs

Contact healthcare facilities to coordinate assignments for field team members

Maintain accurate documentation related to project needs

Required Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous experience in field service coordination, scheduling, or customer service required

Ability to work independently and engage team leadership for issue resolution

Experience with MS Office is required

Must be located within the United States and have access to home internet
