Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Precast Design Engineer with an active Professional Engineer (PE) license to join our team in Sioux Falls, SD. In this role, you will be responsible for the structural design, analysis, and detailing of precast concrete components and systems for commercial, industrial, and civil projects. You will collaborate closely with project managers, drafting teams, production personnel, and clients to deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective precast solutions.
Responsibilities

• Conduct structural design, analysis, and detailing of precast concrete components and systems.
• Collaborate with project managers, drafting teams, production personnel, and clients.
• Ensure designs are safe, efficient, and cost-effective.
• Act as the point of contact for the engineering team in Minnesota.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Revit and Solidworks.
• Mechanical engineering expertise.
• Drafting experience.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Concrete and structural experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with Concise Beam software.

Work Environment
The position is based in the Sioux Falls office where you will be the only onsite engineer, serving as the point of contact for the remote engineering team located in Minnesota. You will be part of building out the engineering team in Sioux Falls and play an integral role in major projects in the area.

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Sioux Falls, SD.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
