Responsibilities

include :

Install, configure, test, and maintain equipment, operating systems, and related software.
Monitor and maintain the inventory of assets.
Develop and / or review technical documentation.
Complete required Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) checklists.
Remediation of system security findings associated with scans of these devices.
Assist with planning and migration to a cloud environment.
Collaborate with other system engineers or application owners to design customer solutions.

Here’s what you need :

US Government Cyber Security Workforce Compliant (Active Secret Clearance, Security + and Microsoft Server qualified).

2+ years of experience in Microsoft Azure IaaS and PaaS Administration.

2+ years of experience in Azure resources manager (ARM Templates).

4+ years of direct, hands-on experience administering Microsoft Server.

2+ years of experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and IP configuration

2+ years of experience managing / configuring IIS Websites.

2+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft PowerShell, and implementing Group Policy Object within AD.

Familiar with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Experience evaluating and tuning systems to maintain performance.

Experience providing technical assistance to developers and IT personnel.

Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.

Experience reviewing logs for technical issues and taking corrective action.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Bonus points if you have :

Azure Certifications : AZ 104 - Microsoft Azure Administrator, AZ 500, AZ 900 - Microsoft Azure Security Technologies, a HUGE plus.

Certifications such as Microsoft Technical Associate (MTA) and / or, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)

Familiarity with Information Assurance (IA) and mitigating security vulnerabilities.

Security clearance :

Active, secret-level security clearance required upon hire.

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related discipline preferred.

4-7 years of experience in the information technology field or in a related area.

Work schedule :

Hybrid. Onsite attendance at Fleet Forces Command 3-4 days per week. 1-2 days per week in corporate office or WFH.
