Manages both PHSF and LFC warehouse facilities and processes with the expectation of implementing identified improvements to ensure expected shipments are available for vessel transport.

Ensures the PHSF facility is prepared for authority jurisdiction inspections and audits, ensures site team works in a safe and secure environment.

Provides written documentation for all incidents to Sable Offshore and other appropriate points of contact. Performs hiring interviews and recommends candidates to hire. Supervises the onboarding processes for new hires.

Identifies safety, quality and efficiency improvements and implements ongoing process improvements.

Demonstrates and drives safety and performance culture in warehouse and dockside processes to positively impact safety, quality and delivery of services.

Serves as the backup to and works closely with Warehouse Supervisor and Expediting Supervisor during peak activity levels and during their absences.

Requires HAZWOPER 8-hour training and certification / first-aid, CPR & AED training certifications / California Hazardous Waste Management Certification / SDS Document Management / Hazardous Waste Management
